The Firm has vast and established experience in international and domestic arbitration, whether institutional or ad hoc arbitration. RAA’s arbitration practice provides legal services at all stages of the arbitration process. As such, RAA is frequently selected as counsel in arbitrations under the rules of the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC), the London Court of International Arbitration (LCIA), the Lebanese Chamber of Commerce, the Dubai International Arbitration Centre and other arbitration centers.
Furthermore, members of the firm are arbitrators listed on panels of arbitrators of numerous local and international arbitrations and are quite frequently appointed as arbitrators in ad hoc and institutional international arbitrations.
RAA provides mediation services for a multitude of disputes cross-border or national. Our members are frequently called upon to act as mediators or as counsels in mediations, drawing on vast experience in disputes resolution to help parties in conflict understanding and visualizing the implications of their conflicts and help reach common ground to resolve their disputes.
