Our team is often called upon to conduct legal due diligence on financial institutions in preparation of contemplated mergers / acquisitions and we were called upon to negotiate the relevant agreements pursuant to completion of the due diligence assignments.
RAA also acts for and on behalf of clients acting as borrowers in securing loans and successfully negotiating financing documentations and instruments with international financial institutions.
