RAA provides legal services in all matters related to Public and Administrative Law such as adjudication, public tender, State Contracts (Contrat d’Etat), B.O.T. contracts. To serve its clientele, RAA combines its administrative and public law experience with that of government relations and policy advocacy, to give the client integrated, strategic assistance.
On numerous occasions, the Firm, with the experience of its founding partner and its team is called upon to represent clients in litigations before the Administrative Court (Conseil d’Etat) and in cases involving the challenge of the constitutionality of laws before the Conseil Constitutionnel.
