Our representations includes leasing on behalf of landlords and tenants; real estate litigation; real estate workouts and restructurings; and the development and acquisition of office buildings, hotels, resorts and shopping centers. The Firm often assists real estate developpers in setting up the legal structure for real estate development projects and in the drafting and the negotiation of sale and rental agreements for major real estate projects.
