RAA is called upon to restructure businesses in line with certain lending requirements or in view of the jurisdictions in which groups are active or by sector of activity.
Drawing on its reach through its network of law firms, associated offices and partner firms, RAA is able to ensure access and follow up from a single location and team throughout jurisdictions in various continents.
Currently, with the ever-changing environment be it due to Covid-19 outbreak or the financial crisis in Lebanon, RAA teams are actively working on mandate for relocation and restructure of group companies to ensure business continuity and access to financing.
